2020 Inniskillin Niagara Estate Series Pinot Grigio
Showcases aromatics of green apple and lemon lime. The balanced palate has a touch of residual sweetness to complement the tropical flavours and crisp clean finish.
Selected from vineyards throughout the Niagara Peninsula, the grapes were immediately de-stemmed, gently crushed and pressed. The juice was allowed to cold settle overnight before racking and inoculating with an optimal yeast culture. Fermented at a cool 15°C for 14 days before the wine was racked and filtered.
Delicate floral aromas are complemented perfectly by bright fruit notes of green apple and pear. This wine has a lively and crisp acidity and a long flavourful finish.

Pale straw in color, clear and bright. Scents of stone fruit and citrus along with floral aromas as well. Medium body with fairly high acidity and some minerality, and dry, drier then most Rieslings I've had.
